Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please send an email to info@orbitsend.com within 5 days of purchase with the subject "Cancellation of Service."
Cancellation requests must originate from the official email address used during the purchase.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 5 days from the purchase date.
Refund Policy
We will issue refunds within 5 days via online Bank Check transfer.
Refunds for credit card payments will be returned to the original credit card used for the purchase. Similarly, payments made through our designated payment gateway will be refunded to the linked account.
